Privacy Policy

cc-agent is operated by Codecubica sp. z o.o., registered in Poland. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how you control it.

1. Data we collect

Account. Email, name, and profile photo from your sign-in provider (Google, Microsoft, or email/password via Firebase).

Connected mailboxes. When you connect Outlook or IMAP, we store the OAuth tokens or IMAP password (encrypted with Fernet/AES-128) and the messages, attachments, and metadata from folders you select.

Connected document sources. When you connect Google Drive or Zoom Docs, we store OAuth tokens (encrypted) and import only files you explicitly select through the file picker. We never index your full library.

Uploaded documents. Files you upload directly to cc-agent.

Derived data. Text chunks, vector embeddings, extracted entities, and thread summaries computed from your content to enable search and chat.

Chat history. Your messages, the assistant's responses, tool calls, and the IDs of emails or documents referenced.

2. How we use it

To provide cc-agent's features — search, chat, indexing, sync — and to send your queries to AI providers (see below). We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.

3. Permissions we request

4. Third parties

We share data only with providers required to deliver the service:

cc-agent's use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored in PostgreSQL with row-level security per user. TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, encryption at rest. Provider tokens and IMAP credentials are additionally encrypted at the application layer.

6. Retention

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You can at any time:

Under GDPR you also have the right to object to processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).

8. Children

cc-agent is not for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
