What it connects

You sign in with the provider; no password is stored for Outlook or Google. You choose which folders, calendars and chats are brought in, and you can disconnect at any time.

How your data is handled

Provider tokens are encrypted; disconnecting a source deletes them immediately.
Data lives in the European Union, isolated per user, encrypted in transit and at rest.
Your content is never used to train AI models and never sold or shared with advertisers.
Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
